Here are a few questions for you to contemplate.
What's an On Target Leader? What's an On Target Follower? What are you? How would the others on the Management Team answer the question for you?
When all the formal leaders come into the room, who leads and who follows? Is it always the same or do things change based on the context? Why?
Do you have to wait for an Off Target Leader to get On Target before you can be an On Target Leader of On Target Follower? Are you sure?
As a member of "the inner circle", what responsibility do you feel for helping an Off Target Leader or Off Target Follower get on track? How receptive are you to others who think you're off track?
